To process a price adjustment, please simply contact us by email to help@thealcove.com with your order number and a copy of the original, complete competitor ad, with valid dates. Advertisements presented via smartphone must be displayed on the competitor’s website or app. Online prices must be verifiable via the competitor’s website.
